I'm not exactly sure: what you mean by a "concretion on the eye?" Perhaps some mattering or cyst? Puffiness is often a sign a fluid accumulation or swelling. I think you would be best served if you saw an Eye professional and had your eye examined. There may be an infection. Being seen is your best course of action. Go in/make appointment today.
