Fever, but why?: That is a pretty high fever. The question is why? We would need a lot more information from you to determine why he may have a fever. It would also help to know how long he has had a fever. We might be best served at the pediatrician or at an urgent care center so that he can have a direct examination and relevant testing if needed.
