Viral rash: Lots and lots of viruses have associated rashes. If the rash bothers him or he shows signs of continued illness, he should be seen by his doctor. If he got sick, is now better, and after the fever broke the rash began, then it might be one of the viruses where the rash comes out after the illness is done. There are several that do this.
