Tinnitus: or ringing in the ears can occur in 1% to 10% of people who take Prozac. Please tell your psychiatrist.

Tinnitus.: There are many causes for ringing in the ears. Some antidepressants can cause ringing in the ear. If this is a new finding since starting the medication, in consultation with your prescribing doctor, you should stop the medication and see if the ringing goes away. If it does, they perhaps another antidepressant would be worth trying.
