Reasonable: not to exceed the dose of pseudophed + a non-sedating anti-histamine. You could even hold the prozac (fluoxetine) (it has a long duration of action) for one day to make sure interaction won't occur BUT, prozac (fluoxetine) is serotonin selective and has low effects on stress hormones. Pseudophed and it have small interactions.

Yes: You can use a decongestant while on prozac (fluoxetine). Would watch the amount of caffeine while on the decongestant as this can be additive. Would take the lowest effective dose and for the shortest time needed. Best wishes.
