Moderate concern: The lower BP number of 50-60 is fine, The systolic BP of 140-160 should be 140 or below most of the time but this is not an emergency. This may come down with diet (more veggies), exercise, meditation, magnesium, taurine etc. The heart rate of 38-55 is abnormally low and the most unusual thing, Again, not an emergency, but deserves evaluation by a cardiologist to assess the cause.
