Give it time: Complete healing and possibly scarred tissues to loosen up takes time. If "recently" means a few weeks, give it more time and in the meantime ask partner(s) to take it easy in terms of sexual vigor, lots of lube. If already 12+ weeks, return to the surgeon or other understanding doctor sensitive to your sexual orientation. I hope you're staying free of HIV and STDs (condoms, PrEP, etc). Good luck!

How long ago: When was the surgery done, and how. Long after that did you resume sexual activity. If you followed the surgeons instructions to the T, then you might need to be rechecked, for scarring, fissures etc.. Also does it hurt to have BMs especially if you get constipated ?
