Don't know what: his normal blood pressure is? If this is significantly decreased from his norm -would recommend prompt assessment. If this is his normal blood pressure but he is dizzy with any exertion - he should still be medically evaluated but not necessarily as emergently as with the former.

Check for orthostatic hypotension, where BP drops when standing. This could be secondary to medication. Have a visit to a cardiologist ASAP, as the myocarditis picture might represent just part of the process.
