More info needed?: There are many types of vitamins, minerals & herbals that a person may take . Each has their own potential side effects. Mixing some herbals together, especially had high dose - can cause problems. Mixing particular supplements with specific medications can have potentially negative effects. Some supplements should not be used if you have certain medical conditions. In general vitamins are not
