Zinc is useful: in the treatment of acne in SOME people...you happen to be one of the fortunate responders...There is no connection with the PCOS... Hope this is helpful Dr Z

Placebo: The zinc had no effect on acne or PCOS. You think it was cause and effect when it was actually the natural course related to other events.
