can a chiropractor help w neck pain or do they only treat backs? meantime, should i teat neck pain w ice or heat? had pain over 2 wks & getting worse.

Neck pain.: Heat would be fine if this pain has lasted more than 24 hours. That being said, I’d prefer you see a spine specialist for recommendations and avoid the chiropractor for this. Obtain a diagnosis and treatment plan based on a good physical exam and relevant testing.
