I accidentally took a double dose of sertraline, meaning 400 mg. i am also prescribed doxepin, 300 mg, which i also took with my nighttime meds.

Accidental overdose: Probably will not be an issue if this was a one time occurrence; however, I suggest holding off sertraline for 1 day and then resume you normal dose. These medicines should never be taken at the same time. Stagger doses by 6-8 hrs and notify your prescribing physwician.
