Is it possible a large internal soft tissue cyst to the right of knee could be causing lymph blockage resulting in generalized edema in whole body?

Anatomically, no. : In that scenario, theoretically speaking, I’d think the edema would be only in the lower right leg and no place else. If the edema is in the entire body, I’d look for another reason.
