4 year old daughter diagnosed with pneumonia in both lungs, prescribed anribiotic. at 48 hours with fever still above 102. should i be concerned?

Need re-eval.: If your daughter has a bilateral pneumonia and is still spiking fevers after 48 hours of an appropriate antibiotic, then she needs to be evaluated again by a pediatrician. I would have expected some improvement by now.
