Tamiflu side effects: One of the side effects of Tamiflu is nausea and vomiting. However, this is usually the worst during the first couple days of treatment. Try eating a small meal or snack with your medication to see if it helps. If you can not keep the medication down, it is worth talking to the provider who gave you the medicine. They might be able to change your medication or give you other recommendations
