In my ultrasound it has been observed that prominent bowel loops seen in bilateral flanks. what does it mean?

It probably: doesn't mean anything unless you are experiencing bowel related symptoms, in which case it may or may not be relevant. It is a nonspecific description indicating that the bowel loops are either within the upper of normal for diameter or possibly dilated.
