Difficult to assess: without the actual images and reports, but "fibrotic residuals" likely mean lung scarring. The significance, if any, would depend on the severity. Atheromatous aorta means atherosclerosis, and again, severity and extent would determine the significance. Hyperaerated lungs suggest COPD. Talk to your doc about what the results mean for you.
