Nexium and gastritis: Are we sure you have gastritis and not something else, like reflux/hiatal hernia or a gallbladder issue? If you’re somehow still symptomatic after five months of treatment, the diagnosis should be re-examined. That being said, you shouldn’t take any more than 40mg of Nexium daily.
