Scope 4/14. clear except oesphigitis and gastritis. nexium prescribed for 1 month. symptoms gone. since then, every 6 mnths - episode of gastritis which when treated with nexium 40mg is gone in 2 weeks. need for further intervention or repeat scope?

No: As long as your endoscopy was negative and biopsy was benign there is no need to re-scope for about 15 years if ever unless you have alarm symptoms. The alarm symptoms that would indicate a need to repeat the scope would be appreciated bleeding, food getting stuck, aren't efficiency Nemea, or unexpected weight-loss more than 20 pounds.
