See General Surgeon: 62 y/o male says During MRI of the Pelvis it was discovered I have a 3/4 inch hernia on my left Sperm cos. I have been having pain in my back for several months? There is possibility the symptoms are related to the Left Sperm Cord Hernia. Best to see General Surgeon for Hernia repair/ evaluation.
