Hemorrhoids: Initial treatment consists of warm water baths to rectal area called sitz baths, gentle hygiene with wet wipes and blotting, and application of otc Hydrocortisone cream. Also, dietary changes with gradual increase in fiber, controlling carbohydrates, and increasing water intake. Activity increases help too. Visit with your doctor to make sure that they are hemorrhoids and nothing else.
