2 year old got a fever saturday, managed to break but kept coming back.last one was 00h55 on sunday morning with a temp of 4.1 which i gave ponstan and it broke.. sunday during day all fine last night fever again and this morning nothing??

What symptoms?: Many different infections and condiitions will cause a fever such as you describe, but it is helpful to know your child's other symptoms before clear recommendations can be given. If he is alert and taking fluids well, it would be safe to wait to see if fever returns tonight before getting an evaluation. If he acts very ill or had been ill sev days before fever started, get checked.
