Arthralgias.: Defuse, bilateral joint involvement like this, in an acute sense, might suggest a flare of rheumatoid arthritis. Polyarticular gout also comes to mind if you have a history of gout. Could also be some other type of inflammatory condition involving your joints. Regardless, I think you need to be evaluated and consider for treatment.

Need more info: Widespread joint pain can mean different things. Often it can be inflammatory arthritis. It's worth getting evaluated by a rheumatologist.
