Could be : Symptoms point towards jra. You may wanna go and get checked by rheumatologist. He will run few lab tests and x-ray joints.

Yes: Most likely jra now referred to as jia and you should see a rheumatologist for lab and xrays and treatment.

Possibly: There are numerous causes for joint pain with jra just one of them. If there is no joint swelling, jra is unlikely. See a rheumatologist and have the issue evaluated.
