Might be lymes: Many conditions can cause your symptoms. Some serious so it's important to get to your doctor to be examined.

Joint swelling : U may have an inflammatory arthropathy. I would suggest u visit your primary care physician and get some bloodwork done. In the meantime take an anti inflammatory drug(aspirin, ibuprofen, or naproxen).
