Immediate exam: You should never take a chance with a lump. Although this lump could be from something relatively harmless such as a mild treatable infection, it could also be the beginning stages of a cancerous growth. The sooner a correct diagnosis is made with a visual exam and possible biopsy the better are your chances for a complete cure. Please get examined in a clinic as soon as possible.
