CT Surgery: We started using it in our port access mitral valve and aortic valve operations instead of On-Q 6 months ago and have been very happy with the results. We jsut started using it in Video assisted thoracoscopic surgical (VATS) operations and thoracotomies that we do not do thoracic epidurals for and have been amazed by the early results (selected cases for the past 2 months).
