Is there any other product besides duoderm as good or more effective for pressure ulcers?

Definitely: Their are multiple topicals that are good for stage 2 and higher stages of decubitus ulcer. Personally I do not have great success with Duoderm especially in people with very thin skin. Request your physician for alternatives if Duoderm is not working well. Also nutritional status and enough protein is important as well as avoiding pressure by not laying on the ulcer for more than 1 hour
