Depends: If the wound is clean i would use a collagen dressing of some sort. If you need a cream i would try medihoney gel or santyl. Both of these medications can help keep the wounds clean.

Magic potion? More>1: There ate many creams ranging from hydro active gels or colloids or antibiotics creams or topical growth factor preparations that may help but no one cream is the magic potion.

Stage ulcers: There is a big difference between a stage 2 and a stage 3 ulcer. There really is no in-between and the treatments that you use for each of these varies dependent on multiple factors including location on the body, your ability to heal and cost just to name a few.

No snake oil: First there is a very significant difference between stage 2 and 3 ulcers. Is there a 'cream' to help either? Well, in a way a debriding enzyme for a necrotic wound could be called a cream, in some cases a barrier cream may help a stage 2 wound but what treatment to use on a pressure ulcer is a very specialized area, take the wound to a wound specialist for best results.
