I took an antihistamine yesterday but i can't remember when. is it okay to take another now? can't stop sneezing and have to go to work

Antihistamine: Antihistamines are dosed once daily. So if you took one yesterday it would be fine to take one today. It doesn’t have to be taken at the exact same time every day.
