Zyrtec (cetirizine): A half a teaspoon for Cetirizine or zyrtec (cetirizine) a day should help, but if the sneezing is from a cold, it will not help.

Other options: At this age you are often better off washing out their nasal passages with saline and removing irritating odors from their environment.
