Doubt it: You can consult with a dermatologist on the emerging treatments for skin lesions but I doubt you will find a good one. They can remove blood vessel marks deep in the skin with lasers that leave the surface alone, but café au lait spots are superficial & pigment related. Keep track of the size & number of these as they emerge & share this with his doc.
