I have diarrhoea (x8 today) - i suspect it is a side effect clopidogrel, which i have been on since 21 july 2017, -any problem to cease taking them?

Diarrhoea : isn't a known side effect of clopidogrel, may be from another drug that you are on, or from any other cause. You don't want to stop it on your own, kindly ask your prescriber, best wishes

I know water pills can be prescribed together, but is taking them(furosemide, aldactone, lisinopril and clopidogrel) separately at different times a better option? And I do get diarrhoea, tiredness climbing uphill in the midst of taking them.
Please I would like to know why do have diarrhoea almost every month, it comes once I feel a kind of heaviness around my lower abdomen. I am hypertensive and on bp medications; lisinopril, furosemide and aldactone and clopidogrel. I eat healthy. ?
