The P waves: (Atrial depolarization/repolarization) in the V (anterior chest) waves are PLACEMENT (of the electrodes) DEPENDENT!! the "inversion" or "biphasic" descriptions HAVE NO CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE! Hope this is helpfu! Dr Z
