Few days after viral cold with lots of watery sinus discharge, i now feel constant pressure between my eye temples and mild headache. no discharge from the nose, just feels like ear/sinus pressure. do i need antibiotics for this? sinusitis?

Mgt: If you have fever and thick discharge, you may need a course of antibiotics. The use of nasal saline may help.
