Is there such a thing as std related acne? i woke up with these weird red bumps on my chest and they resemble a pimple but don't pop like a pimple?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor. If you did not have chicken pox and did not take vaccination for chicken pox, a rash appearing on the chest can be an early sign of chicken pox.
