A member asked:

I have pcos and don't seem to conceive. i've been on progesterone and clomid recently and they said my follicles are still the same but one is bigger so get into action basically. how can i increase the chance of pregnancy? lie down longer? anything?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

"Progesterone and clomid" may induce ovulation, which may be detected by an ovulation test (obtained at a local pharmacy), but with PCOS, get a referral to a reproductive endocrinologist for additional testing ( hysterosalpingogram: HSG) and guidance if pregnancy does not occur, as tubal patency may need to be ascertained.
