Clomid (clomiphene): Keep in mind that pregnancy may not happen on the first attempt with clomid, (clomiphene) as some cycles may not be fertile cycles. Therefore, it may be necessary to sometimes go through several Clomid (clomiphene) cycles before moving on to something else. Do bring up your concerns to your doctor.
