Maybe: Are you saying that you are about 4-5 weeks. At this point, knowing that you might be off on your dates too, this might be a completely normal finding in an early pregnancy. At 5 weeks, a yolk sac should be seen. At 6 weeks you can usually see a fetus with a heartbeat. Don't worry yet!
