Need more info: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, 188mg/24 hours of what? Is it glucose or a reducing substance. What was tested for and how was the test done. You may wish to discuss getting a glucose tolerance test with your doctor.
