Breast feed: discuss with the varicose vein Dr. I would wait till finished breast feeding as may go away the further away you are from pregnancy.

Sclerotherapy: I think waiting at least several days after injections would be the most prudent thing to do. I would discuss this issue with the healthcare provider that is doing the sclerotherapy. The reason is that the chemical may get into the breast milk.
