Is there any connection between cervical spine stenosis and vertigo/ dizziness in an otherwise healthy person?

Doubtful : Dizziness and vertigo would usually be caused by structures outside the neck such as the brain or inner ear. Cervical stenosis can certainly cause pain and neurological complaints like numbness or weakness of the arms or legs. Many times we never find the causes of vertigo or dizziness. Discuss with your doctor. Good luck
