Yes for a CT (?MRI): Just ask your implanting surgeon if it contains any magnets (used in tissue expanders for reconstruction) if you plan on having an mri.

Yes , but...: I see no reason why you should not be able to proceed with the scans, but if you have specific concerns ( more than online consultants can be aware of) best to discuss with your plastic surgeon.
