Is taking vitamin c everyday going to help me prevent sepsis in the case of an infection?

Vitamin C: Vitamin C is always helpful with infection it boost you body's ability to fight infection. Ascorbate form of Vit C may be tolerated better. Lyposomal form of vitamin c will help to get higher blood levels and may be more effective. Several studies has shown that intravenous Vitamin C is very helpful in severe infections.
