Forgive my frankness: Vitamin c does not prevent colds. Neither does confirming to some health guru's claims about "eating right". You are going to catch a few upper respiratory viral infections yearly. We doctors do too. I am very glad you are exercising but the benefits, though great, are modest in promoting anti-viral immunity. Best wishes.
