Cough: You didn't mention any other symptoms, but a persistent 2 day cough warrants investigation. I would recommend that you see your primary care provider or go to an urgent care to get checked out. You would not want this to develop into a bronchitis or a pneumonia.

Go to ED. : Really need to be evaluated soon, as your symptoms seem to be worsening. This could be something like bronchitis or pneumonia, given the fact that you feel like you’re having trouble breathing.
