Recently took an std test and blood test, my results for hsv 1 say 31.40 h, can you please explain to me what this means, and if i need to be worried.

Virus exposure: The most common reason for HSV 1 at 31.4 would be history of a cold sore, which most commonly caused by the HSV 1 virus. (I am assuming that this is the IGG result.)
