A member asked:

Hello, i have my std test result shows hsv 1 igg, type specific ab our fo range 1.81 h" i don't understand what does it mean, and what should i do? thank you?

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your results suggest that you do not have HSV 1. Wish you good health!
