Urination @ night: How much coffee and tea do you drink? They will make you urinate. How much liquid do you drink after dinner? If all is well physically consider cutting back on the above and see. Peace and good health.

Check your fasting G: Contact your doctor on a non emergent basis regarding urinary frequency. It could be a urinary tract infection. If you get fevers and chills then be seen urgently. Check your fasting blood sugar two days in a row. If >/= 100, then you are prediabetic. If. >/= 126, then you are diabetic. Any random blood sugar over 200 should be followed up with appropriate testing to confirm or rule out diabetes.
