A member asked:

Should any vaccine be taken before starting training in hospital for medical students?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

They should: Each training facility will likely have its own requirement for workers/students. It is reasonable that all be vaccinated against any contagious disease that they cannot prove immunity to through blood testing. It is a workplace requirement in most US hospitals for any employee, whatever status.
